Our Journey

Cockatoo Cocktails was born from a love of hospitality and a desire to bring people together. Our founder Edan Fichman has worked as the head bartender for some of Australia’s most renowned wedding venues and catering companies. A seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, Edan noticed a gap in the market for high-quality, mobile cocktail services that could cater to the rising demand for personalised event experiences. 

Since our inception, we've grown from a small startup into a trusted partner for hundreds of events, continually expanding our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients. We take pride in supporting the local industry and have built a strong partnership with local suppliers.
