What's the process

1. Discovery Call

Let’s make sure we understand exactly what you’re after and how best we can assist.

2. Accept a quote that you’re happy with 

Now that we’ve spoken and understood the brief we will put together some options that fit your budget. All we require is a $200 deposit to lock in your event.

3. Choose your alcohol selections and finalise guest numbers 

We’ll provide you with our signature cocktail menu, and a list of our curated alcohol selections to choose from. We can accommodate any other selections you may have.

4. Sit back, relax and enjoy our service 

Our team will take care of everything, coordinating logistics with your venue or office manager so you can enjoy the event stress-free.

FAQ

For most corporate events, we begin setup 1.5 to 2 hours before your event to ensure everything is perfect. Pack-up typically takes 30 minutes to an hour.

Our mobile bartenders are ready to bring the fun anywhere in Victoria. We’ll provide a transparent breakdown of any travel fees upfront, so there are no surprises.

We offer a range of branding options to make your event unforgettable:

For staffed events, our minimum spend is $2,000 + GST. For lower budgets, we offer fantastic self-serve or gifting options.

We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your date. Due to high demand and limited availability, events are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
