We’re here to help you create the perfect event! Whether you need a lot or just a little assistance, we’ve got you covered. Our typical offerings include friendly staff, stylish glassware, custom menu designs, RSA certified bartenders, complete bartending equipment, fresh garnishes, and mobile bar setups. Service Radius
Our mobile bartenders are ready to bring the fun anywhere in Victoria! We’ll give you a heads-up on any travel fees before your event, so there are no surprises.
Set Up and Pack Up Times
We aim to start setting up 1.5 to 2 hours before your event to make sure everything is perfect. Packing up usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour. We handle the setup and pack-up, so you can relax and enjoy!
Booking Process
- Package pricing excludes GST.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Final guest count is due 14 days prior to your event.
- A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will
be credited towards the final invoice. - Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
Weather Contingencies
Melbourne’s weather can be unpredictable, so we always recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events. Better safe than soggy!
Cancellations
While deposits are non-refundable, they can be used as credit for future events. We understand plans change!
Additional Guests
If your guest count goes over the quoted number on the event day, additional charges will apply. We’ll make sure no one is left empty-handed!
